• Dalia with Viper Apparel is the most helpful and kind hearted woman! We ordered a dress from this store, a dress that comes in two very similar styles and received the opposite dress from which we ordered. This was not a Viper Apparel mistake, as this dress came straight from the designers warehouse. I spoke With Dalia and not only did she immediately make contact with the designer warehouse to correct this, we also came straight forward and told her that we are not in love with the dress. With one week until our upcoming pageant, she offered to do a FaceTime call with me and my daughter to find THE dress, and she nailed it!!!!! We picked out a dress at 6pm on a Friday and it was delivered to my porch by 12:30pm the following Monday! I highly Recommend this boutique for all of your dress needs, they will work for you and with you!

What great experience, the gal helping us was extremely kind and thoughtful.We had minor issues with a mistake with a dress number and had to find different dress but she went above and beyond to make sure my daughter found a dress that made feel just a wonderful as the 1st dress did. • This place is amazing! I’ve bought two prom dresses from here and I recommend it to my friends whenever I get the chance. I have to drive over an hour to get to the Bridgeport location, but it’s 100% worth it. It’s such a neat environment inside and the selection is much larger than at any other store I went to before.

And if that’s not enough, the staff is simply the best. Everyone there is so enthusiastic and really cares about addressing you as a person. They respect your budget, pay close attention to what you like and don’t like, and take the time to pull out dresses they think you might love. Even when they’re focused on helping someone else, they’re always ready to zip you up and offer their thoughts if you want them. They know how to make everyone feel comfortable and gorgeous in what they’re wearing.

Lauren especially helped me last night while I shopped for my senior prom dress. I was worried I wouldn’t be able to top my dress from last year, but she made sure my dress this year was just as special! She made helpful comments on every dress she saw me try on, and gave incredibly useful tips to help me choose. My final two picks ended up being the dresses that she had picked out, so she really has a talent for figuring out what people like and helping them find it. Her expertise helped me decide between the two, and I ended up going home with a beautiful dress I felt confident in. Thank you so much Lauren!
