Our team here at Viper Apparel in Bridgeport, Michigan, is ecstatic about hosting our 5^th annual trunk show with the one and only Johnathan Kayne to help guide women and design their dream dress. From trying on to cutting the fabric, Johnathan understands everything there is to know about constructing fabulous formalwear!

For one weekend only Johnathan Kayne brings his best-selling and featured gowns from his latest collection of pageant, prom, and children’s dresses. With over 100 styles to choose from, girls can either purchase a style as it was designed or tweak details to create a customized look in the presence of fashion professionals.

As an established professional designer, Johnathan Kayne aims to make every girl feel beautiful in whatever they wear, aligning perfectly with our mission at Viper Apparel. He’s worked within the pageant world for years and has also dressed many national title holders in evening gowns, fun-fashion, talent-wear, and interview.

Every custom design is exclusive to each creator and will not be remade, making each gown unique and one-of-a-kind. In the pageant world where hundreds of dresses cross the stage, this is a great way to stand out.

Customizing your dream dress with any designer is a once-in-a-lifetime experience to show off your creativity. A person’s sense of fashion says a lot about the individual, so what better way to express yourself than through designing a luxurious gown?

Creating The Look

The best way to start this process is to try on a variety of styles, even with customization, and gain a better understanding of your vision. Kayne comes prepared with a variety of fabric and color swatches, bead samples, silhouettes, and his unmatchable fashion expertise to bring your vision to life.

Trusting the process is key! It’s completely normal to change your mind during the design process. Alongside Kayne, our experienced team knows how to help and guide you to bring your ideas together in the best way possible. From trying on to sketching, you have full range of versatility when creating your dream dress!

Finally, to ensure your vision is everything you dreamed of, Kayne will sketch your gown beside you. After sketch approval, he will measure you and attach it with your very own one-of-a-kind dress. Fabrics, silhouettes, and even beading can affect the dress’ fit so it’s customary to add at least an inch in measurements to ensure the dress is still wearable; this means each dress is a custom look and not a custom fit.
