At Viper Apparel we do not accept any refunds, returns, or exchanges on ANY orders.

A special order is any order that must be ordered from the designer to be specially made for you. Our designers do not offer custom sizing with the special orders being made.

We encourage all of our customers to check the size chart of each designer, because each designer has a size chart that correlates specifically to their dress. All of our dresses are 100% authentic. Viper Apparel is an authorized retailer of couture gowns.

If you choose to refuse a package or order please do not send the package back to Viper Apparel or the dress designer. The package will not be accepted and you will not receive a refund. If you refuse a package that will be a loss to YOU and not US as we will not exchange your order or refund it.
